Anyone trying to access or move in the area must produce ID when asked and give a reason for visiting the Port. Vehicles will not be allowed inside the Port without advance notice. A temporary permit will be granted based on the advance information given on the transportation or visitor. An access permit is usually individual, with the possibility for vehicle-based permits for company vehicles.
