Port of HaminaKotka Ltd is a limited company founded in 2011 to administer the port activities in the cities of Kotka and Hamina. The company is a fully owned joint venture of the cities.

Kotkan Satamatalot Oy is a fully owned subsidiary of the Port of HaminaKotka, which rents warehouses, offices and ground space in the port area.
